I have found the easiest way to verify my PayPal account!
In less than 5 minutes, I already got my account verified. It is through PayPal VCC (Virtual Credit Card). You can get it cheap online and they provide full client support. Super fast and super polite customer service. The long wait is over!
On top of this, you could still go for Union Bank EON as the most popular way of verifying accounts.
The only thing you cannot do in PayPal VCC is you cannot use it to withdraw so you will need a bank account for you to withdraw your money from PayPal.
Nonetheless, if you have the bank account already, PayPal VCC would be the easier and faster way of verification then you can now withdraw to bank account with only 50php fee when you withdraw less than P7,000. No fee is charged if you withdraw above P7000
